The core functionality allows users to create independent city albums, add customized city-related content including local photos, textual descriptions and personalized notes, and save all compiled records within the application for permanent personal viewing and management. This policy clarifies the entire data processing workflow, privacy protection standards and user rights, fully complying with Apple App Store review rules and applicable regional privacy regulations.

Nitol enforces strict age-based service access restrictions. All functional services are reserved solely for adult users who have reached the age of 18. The platform does not deliver any services to minors and will not actively collect, store or process any data generated by underage users. By accessing and using this application, users confirm that they meet the eligible age requirement and voluntarily accept all terms and conditions stated in this Privacy Policy.

2. Data Processing Standards & Collected Information

Nitol strictly adheres to the industry-recognized data minimization principle. We only process data that is essential to operate and sustain the core city album recording function, without gathering any unnecessary or non-service-related user information. All data generation and submission behaviors are completely user-initiated and user-controlled.

User Custom City Album Content: All city photos, text descriptions, city tags and personalized notes added by users are exclusively used for creating, editing and generating personal city memorial albums within the application. Such user-generated content is only applied to the user’s private record-keeping needs. The platform will not analyze, extract or reuse the content for commercial promotion, algorithm training or other irrelevant purposes.

Anonymous Device Diagnostic Data: To maintain application operational stability, fix program anomalies, optimize page loading efficiency and upgrade overall user experience, we may collect non-identifiable anonymous device data, including device model, operating system version and basic running logs. This category of data cannot be used to identify individual users and will never be associated with users’ private city album content.

3. Authorized Data Usage Purposes

All processed user data is limited to legitimate service operation scenarios. We do not utilize user private content for user tracking, targeted advertising, commercial marketing or any behaviors beyond service requirements. The legal usage scope includes supporting users to create city albums, upload and edit city photos and text content, realize local album saving and browsing functions, optimize application running stability, resolve technical faults, and respond to user consultation, service feedback and privacy inquiries via the official support email.

4. Local Processing & Independent User Control

All city album creation, content editing and data storage procedures are executed locally on the user’s mobile device. Nitol does not adopt automatic cloud uploading, remote synchronization or background backup mechanisms. All user-uploaded images and customized city text records are stored locally inside the application, and the platform has no technical access or authority to obtain or back up user private album content.

Users retain full independent control over all album data. You have the right to freely create, edit, view and delete any city album entries, and manually clear application cache data at any time. Terminating the use of the application will automatically stop all data processing activities of the platform.

5. No Third-Party Data Sharing & External Transmission

Nitol maintains a fully closed independent operating environment for all core recording functions. We strictly prohibit any form of external data transmission and promise never to sell, rent, trade or share users’ city photos, text records and album data with any third-party individuals, enterprises or institutions. The application does not integrate any third-party advertising SDKs, data tracking tools, statistical analysis plug-ins or other data collection components, completely eliminating external privacy leakage risks from the source.

6. Privacy Protection & Compliance Guarantee

The platform builds a complete standardized privacy protection system for user-generated content. During all content processing procedures, we will not extract, identify or collect any sensitive biometric information or private tags from user uploaded photos. All data processing operations strictly comply with local legal regulations and App Store compliance standards, with no hidden data collection or unauthorized data usage behaviors. All service links are transparent, standardized and fully compliant.

7. Policy Update Mechanism

We reserve the right to revise and update this Privacy Policy irregularly according to product function iteration, service optimization and updates of legal compliance requirements. The latest effective date will be displayed at the top of the policy page. Users’ continued use of the application after policy updates constitutes full recognition and unconditional acceptance of the revised privacy terms.

8. Legal Statement & Dispute Resolution
